The ideal candidate is skilled in both filming and photography, with the ability to manage shoots from concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: Capture high-quality video and photography content for podcasts, events, behind-the-scenes coverage, marketing campaigns, and branded projects. Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and visual concepts. Set up lighting, framing, composition, and camera angles to ensure professional visual output. Edit and assemble video footage in line with brand guidelines and project goals. Edit and retouch photos to meet brand and project standards. Manage video and photo shoots from preparation to execution, including equipment setup and location arrangements. Organize, archive, and back up all video and photo files efficiently. Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and productions. Stay up to date with the latest photography and video production trends, techniques, and equipment.

This role requires advanced technical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Edit and assemble high-quality videos, trailers, social media content, and full-length podcast episodes. Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to understand project goals and develop compelling visual storytelling. Create motion graphics, visual enhancements, and color grading to elevate content quality. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency. Review raw footage, select the best clips, and ensure a smooth and engaging final product. Implement feedback from producers, and clients professionally and efficiently. Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements. Maintain organized file structures, backups, and proper archiving of all projects.
