Position Overview: The Account Manager is a crucial role at PodMedia Network, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a highly organized and customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of media production workflows. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, develop project proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and oversee smooth project execution across all PodMedia locations (Egypt, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai). Additionally, they will supervise junior account management staff, ensuring consistency, ownership, and high-quality client service. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. Manage client communication effectively, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Project Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with clients to develop detailed project briefs and proposals. Coordinate with internal teams (production, editing, creative) to ensure smooth project execution. Act as a hands-on execution/project manager, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met. Quotation and Contract Management: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations to clients. Support in negotiating contracts and ensuring all terms and conditions are fulfilled. Manage client invoicing and payment processes with the finance team. Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior account management staff (e.g., Account Executives, interns). Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support their professional growth. Ensure alignment between the AM team and production/post-production teams. Operational Support: Assist the COO in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Support the implementation of operational strategies and process improvements. Utilize project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and CRM systems (e.g., Odoo) to manage projects, track progress, and maintain client data.

This role requires strong technical expertise, a creative eye, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced production environments. The ideal candidate is skilled in both filming and photography, with the ability to manage shoots from concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: Capture high-quality video and photography content for podcasts, events, behind-the-scenes coverage, marketing campaigns, and branded projects. Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and visual concepts. Set up lighting, framing, composition, and camera angles to ensure professional visual output. Edit and assemble video footage in line with brand guidelines and project goals. Edit and retouch photos to meet brand and project standards. Manage video and photo shoots from preparation to execution, including equipment setup and location arrangements. Organize, archive, and back up all video and photo files efficiently. Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and productions. Stay up to date with the latest photography and video production trends, techniques, and equipment.

You will be responsible for taking raw footage and transforming it into high-performance, multi-variant advertising for the biggest brands in the MENA markets.

Position Overview: The Video Editor will be responsible for producing, editing, and delivering world-class video content across various platforms. This role requires advanced technical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Edit and assemble high-quality videos, trailers, social media content, and full-length podcast episodes. Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to understand project goals and develop compelling visual storytelling. Create motion graphics, visual enhancements, and color grading to elevate content quality. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency. Review raw footage, select the best clips, and ensure a smooth and engaging final product. Implement feedback from producers, and clients professionally and efficiently. Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements. Maintain organized file structures, backups, and proper archiving of all projects.
