Delivery Service Level Agreement

At PodMedia, we are committed to providing efficient and timely delivery of your projects. Our standard delivery KPIs are outlined below:

1. Raw Material Delivery

This refers to the delivery of the raw, unedited footage and audio files from your recording session.
When to expect it: The raw materials will be delivered to you on the same day as the shoot.

2. First Edit Delivery

This is the first edited version of your video or podcast, incorporating basic editing, color correction, and sound mixing.
When to expect it: You will receive the first edit within 3 business days of us receiving the raw materials.
In case 4K resolution is required, you will receive the first edit within 5 business days of us receiving the raw materials.

3. Feedback and Revisions

Feedback Rounds: You have two rounds of feedback to provide us with your comments and suggestions for revisions.
Second Edit Delivery: We will deliver the second edit, incorporating your feedback from the first round, within 3 business days of receiving your comments.
Third Edit Delivery (if needed): If a second round of feedback is necessary, we will deliver the final edit within 3 business days of receiving your second round of comments.

4. Reels

If the client requested editing reels, the first draft will be delivered after the main edited episode is complete.

Feedback Rounds: You have two rounds of feedback for reels.
Second Edit Delivery: We will deliver the second edit within 3 business days of receiving your first round of comments.
Third Edit Delivery (if needed): If a second round of feedback is necessary, we will deliver the final edit within 3 business days of receiving your second round of comments.

Our Commitment

We understand the importance of timely delivery in today's fast-paced media landscape. We are committed to meeting these KPIs consistently to ensure a smooth and efficient production process for our clients.

Please note:

These KPIs apply to standard projects. Complex projects or those requiring extensive post-production may have adjusted timelines, which will be communicated clearly during the project planning phase.
Business days are defined as Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
